I was introduced to dōTERRA essential oils in 2014.
I had been on migraine and sleep medication for years.
Suffering many side effects, every morning, every night.

With hundreds, if not thousands, of brands out there (many filled with synthetics, chemical fillers, and formaldehydes),
purity and quality is of the utmost importance.
Here's a trick:
if you come across an oil at the local store-say Whole Foods or even Walmart for example (yes Walmart sells essential oils now)
and it is an oil of a plant that you know we can typically eat...
Orange oil for example.
Peppermint. Lemon. Lemongrass (etc)...
But you see on the label "not safe for internal use"
OR
"for external use only"
THAT IS CODE FOR:
"THESE HAVE CHEMICALS IN THEM....DON'T DRINK!"
But when you think about it,
if we can eat oranges, why can we not ingest orange oil?
Lemons....lemon oil?
Make sense?
In my classes, I do blind smell tests where I pass around the same plant oil from various stores or ones founds on Amazon,
and then pass around dōTERRA's. When you smell them side by side, you can quite literally
smell the chemicals.
(10 out of 10 people smell the chemicals in the store bought ones)
